I am trying to register, but I don't have my application or loan account number.

  • Your application number begins with 20 and is located both at the bottom of your application documents and in your MyAccount portal page.
  • Your loan number can be found on your statements from UAS and will start with 36.

I can't complete the registration. What do I do now?

To start, confirm the information you've entered is correct and that you verified your application or loan account number. If the problem persists, please send us an email at slc_support@studentchoice.org with a screenshot of the error you're receiving. We will troubleshoot the issue and reply to you directly with a solution. Please delete or hide any sensitive information in any image you send to us.

How do I reset my password?

Users can reset their own passwords using the "Forgot your password?" link. If this process isn't working or you haven't received your reset email after 10 minutes, please send an email to slc_support@studentchoice.org with your username, application number or loan number, and your permanent address or telephone number.

Where do I go to make a payment?

  • If you're currently enrolled in school, click "Payments & Funds History" in the center tile of your My Summary page. When it expands, select "Manage Payments".
  • If you're making payments and no longer enrolled, simply click on the "Manage Payments" button in the center tile of your My Summary page.

Should I log into my Student Lending Center or UAS’s StudentChoiceConnect.com site?

For now, you can access your account in either the new Student Lending Center or via StudentChoiceConnect. At a future date, we will be migrating everyone to our new and improved Student Lending Center Site. (Please note: UAS is, and will remain, the servicer of your account).

How do I request a draw from my line of credit?

If your line of credit is still open for draws, you can request one from your Lending Center portal. Simply click the “Request Funds” button on the center tile of your My Summary page. If you do not see the "Request Funds" option or have questions about the status of your line of credit, please contact our application and disbursements team for 24/7 support.

How can I check on the status of my draw request?

Additional information on all your draw requests is available by clicking the “View Details” link next to the draw you have questions about.

What do these disbursement statuses mean?

Status What It Means
Requested We received your request, and we're checking with the school for confirmation.
Disbursement Scheduled The school confirmed your request, and your disbursement is scheduled.
Disbursement Pending We're getting the funds ready to send to your school.
Disbursement Under Review Your request is under review at this time.
Disbursement In Process Your funds are on the move to your school.
Cancelled This draw request has been cancelled

I have other loans serviced by UAS. How can I view those?

You may have additional student loans with other lenders. Look for the "Didn't find all your Student Loans?" tile on your My Summary page and click "View All" to see your Student Choice loans that are serviced by University Accounting Services.

Where can I find my statements and/or tax forms?

You can find copies of statements and your 1098 forms by selecting My Docs at the top right hand side of your My Summary page.
